Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Policy is simple. If your product is damaged or defective, we will exchange, credit or refund you for the purchase right away. Just send us an email and let us know what the issue is and we’ll provide you options for how to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. After all, we want happy, satisfied customers!
Important**Cupid’s Box does not accept returns unless the item or items are damaged or defective. In the event your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away.
Due to the intimate nature of these products, once they leave our warehouse they are considered used. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted packages. As mentioned above, the only returns we accept are for damaged and/or defective products.
