Questions About Shipping And Tracking
Definitely! We would never let your secrets out. Every order that leaves our facility will be in plain packaging with a return shipping label marked “Shipping Department”.
Standard Shipping packages arrive anywhere from 3 to 7 business days once the order has shipped. You will be provided with an online tracking number via email once your order ships.
Priority Shipping packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3 business days in most cases. You will be provided with an online tracking number via email once your order ships.
If you decide to create an account with Cupid’s Box during checkout, your orders will be accessible through your account dashboard as well.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. After you receive this email please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become available for your package.
Check your junk mail folder! While we do everything we can to improve email deliverability, some email service providers will redirect unfamiliar emails to your junk/spam folders.
Cupid’s Box is not responsible for lost packages. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the shipper’s hands. Please follow your tracking link closely and take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your package.

In the event your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away.

Unfortunately we only except returns for damaged or defective products. But we want happy customers.

If you absolutely need to cancel your order after you’ve placed and paid for it, please call or text us immediately. We ship our products fast, many on the same day, so in order to cancel the order we’ll need to hear from you ASAP.
If the order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Any personal credit card information you submit to Cupid’s Box for ordering is encrypted through our network using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) 256 bit data encryption as it is transmitted over the Internet. The information then resides solely on a secure server and can be accessed only in reference to fulfilling your order(s) and answering queries.
When you place an order, we’ll ask you to enter your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and credit card number with expiration date. Once you have entered this information, your credit card number will always be encrypted so that the number itself cannot be viewed in any of our systems. This information will only be used to process your order. Once your order has been completed, your credit card data will NOT be stored on our server. We will retain only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for order reference purposes.
